Key Responsibilities

Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, responding to questions about automotive and recreational vehicle sales, service, finance, and general dealership information.
Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services, ensuring that customers have a positive experience.
Narrow down appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review.
Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback to our dealer clients.
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest industry trends and developments.

Essential Qualifications

Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary.
