Essential Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Reside in the United States.
- Possess a laptop or desktop (non-Mac), a USB headset, and a hardwired internet connection (Ethernet cable required).
- Have basic tech skills, including the ability to reboot systems, clear cookies, and send screenshots.
- 6 months of remote call center experience or 1 year of experience in a brick-and-mortar call center.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in environments that involve handling sensitive or emotional customer interactions.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
