About the Role
As a Field Coordinator I, you will play a critical role in optimizing practice workflows and driving patient engagement. You will work closely with our provider clients, clinical team, and internal departments to ensure seamless coordination of patient care. Your expertise as a Certified Medical Assistant will be invaluable in this role, and we are excited to have you join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Practice Workflow Optimization: Visit provider offices to assist with Medical Record transfers and work with Clinical Consultants to identify areas of opportunity for workflow improvement.
- Patient List Organization: Coordinate with practices to run reports out of the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and organize and reconcile patient lists.
- Patient Eligibility Verification: Work with Operations and Payer to verify patient eligibility and ensure accurate scheduling.
- Scheduling Template Maintenance: Coordinate and maintain scheduling templates for all practices, tracking and maintaining a list of patients who need to be rescheduled.
- Visit Shell Creation: Create shells of visits in the application and maintain rosters within each site (schedule reconciliation).
- EMR System Experience: Utilize various EMR systems to efficiently manage patient data and workflows.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Develop strong relationships with provider clients, internal teams, and patients through excellent verbal and written communication.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Certified Medical Assistant Certification: Current certification as a Medical Assistant is required.
- Medical Assistant Experience: Previous experience as a Medical Assistant, preferably in a provider office setting.
- EMR System Experience: Experience with various EMR systems, including proficiency in using electronic medical records.
- Microsoft Office Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly MS Excel.
- Organizational and Multi-Tasking Skills: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Customer Service and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong customer service and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex situations.

Compensation Range
The projected compensation range for this position may vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skills, and location. However, the estimated range is between $45,000 to $65,000 (annualized USD).
