Job Title: Sr. Business Consulting Director - SAP MM/IM Consultant

Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP MM/IM Consultant at the Director level to lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations within the medical device industry. This role requires deep functional expertise in SAP MM and IM modules, along with strong knowledge of FDA regulations, ISO 13485, and traceability requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead full-cycle implementation and configuration of SAP MM and IM modules in S/4HANA.
• Analyze business requirements and design solutions supporting procurement, inventory management, and material planning.
• Configure SAP MM/IM to align with industry standards, regulatory compliance (FDA, ISO 13485), and business needs.
• Integrate MM/IM with SD, PP, QM, WM and other SAP modules for seamless data flow.
• Ensure data integrity and setup of compliant new processes in S/4HANA.
• Provide expertise in traceability, lot/batch management, and serial number management for medical device materials.
• Support testing, data migration, and end-user training during implementations and upgrades.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize the procurement lifecycle (requisition → purchasing → receiving).
Key Requirements
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP MM and IM modules, with strong focus on S/4HANA.
• 3+ years experience in the medical device industry, including knowledge of FDA, ISO 13485, and traceability requirements.
• Proven track record in configuring and optimizing MM/IM processes: procurement, stock movements, material planning, and inventory management.
• Experience with S/4HANA implementations, migrations, or upgrades (MM/IM focus).
• Strong expertise in batch/lot management and serial number management within regulated industries.
• Excellent collaboration skills with ability to drive solutions across cross-functional teams.
• SAP Certification preferred.
