Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Customer Service Experience: 2+ years of customer service experience, with effective communication skills both orally and in writing.
- Technical Savvy: Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly, with a strong technical aptitude.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to work well with people from varied cultural, socioeconomic, educational, and experiential backgrounds.
