Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at GEICO, you'll be the first point of contact for our policyholders, providing exceptional customer service and support. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to policyholders via phone, email, and chat
• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and address concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Make policy changes, answer billing questions, and provide recommendations to customers
• Utilize computer software and systems to access customer information, process transactions, and maintain accurate records
• Work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment, handling multiple calls and tasks simultaneously
• Collaborate with colleagues and management to achieve team goals and objectives
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments to provide informed support to customers

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at GEICO, you'll need:

Essential Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in computer software and systems, including Microsoft Office
