Requirements
How will you make a difference
- Identify and analyze bottlenecks and inefficiencies within the production lifecycle.
- Develop and implement process improvements using methodologies like Agile, Lean, and Six Sigma.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize workflows, improve communication, and enhance collaboration.
- Document and standardize processes to ensure consistency and repeatability.
- Facilitate continuous improvement workshops and training sessions.
- Manage and optimize our project management tools and methodologies.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
- Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance and improvement initiatives.
- Manage risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- +5 years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or project management.
- Operational consulting experience - Big 4 or Top-tier consulting or equivalent experience..
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
- Advanced level in English and Spanish (written and spoken), ideally with experience in international environments.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma is a plus
