Assist with the delivery of products to customers' homes in a timely and efficient manner.
Ensure all products are safely and securely loaded onto delivery vehicles.
Follow delivery routes and schedules as directed by the Delivery Manager.
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing any concerns.
Communicate with customers about delivery times and any delays or issues that may arise.
Unload and unpack products at the customers' homes, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Collaborate with the Delivery Manager to resolve any delivery-related problems.
Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle at all times.
Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while on delivery routes.
Keep accurate records of all deliveries and obtain necessary signatures and documentation.
Assist with inventory management and restocking of products.
Continuously improve delivery processes and procedures to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Report any issues or concerns to the Delivery Manager in a timely manner.
Uphold the company's values and represent Best Buy in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Attend training sessions and meetings as required to stay updated on company policies and procedures.
Adhere to all company policies and regulations, including but not limited to dress code, code of conduct, and safety protocols.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Delivery Manager.
