Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Scientist to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our analytics team, you'll be responsible for leveraging advanced data science, predictive analytics, and machine learning techniques to drive business insights and inform strategic decisions. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, research, software development, and business leaders, to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improve customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and deploy machine learning models using technical expertise in data science, statistical modeling, probability theory, and other quantitative techniques.
- Develop and maintain complex data pipelines using Python, PySpark, Matplotlib, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other relevant tools.
- Apply analytical rigor and statistical techniques to analyze large datasets, using advanced statistical models, customer profiling, segmentation analysis, survey design, analysis, and data mining.
- Design and implement predictive models, prescriptive analytics, and optimization algorithms to support business use cases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improve customer experiences.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including business leaders, researchers, and software developers.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data science, machine learning, and analytics, and apply this knowledge to drive business innovation.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field, or a combination of education and experience.
- Advanced degree in a quantitative field, such as a Master's or Ph.D. in mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering, or a related field.
- Experience working with large-scale, complex datasets and developing predictive models using machine learning techniques.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or SQL, and experience with data science tools and technologies such as PySpark, Matplotlib, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms such as Azure, Databricks, and Snowflake, and data warehousing and business intelligence tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ph.D. in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering, or a related field.
- Experience working with IoT and Edge AI technologies.
- Experience in healthcare or a related field.
