Key Responsibilities
- Passenger Interaction & Service
- Greet passengers warmly, answer inquiries about flight times, boarding procedures, baggage policies, and airport amenities.
- Process ticketing transactions, verify identification, and assign seating in accordance with airline policies and customer preferences.
- Conduct baggage checks, enforce size and weight limits, and ensure safe loading and unloading of both carry‑on and checked luggage.
- Assist passengers with special needs, including elderly, disabled, unaccompanied minors, and language‑limited travelers, ensuring a comfortable and dignified experience.
- Manage denied‑boarding situations, solicit volunteers, re‑accommodate affected travelers, and issue hotel, meal, and transportation vouchers as required.
- Ground Operations & Aircraft Handling
- Marshall aircraft on the ramp, coordinate push‑back procedures, and operate grounding equipment such as tugs, tractors, belt loaders, and de‑icing machines.
- Perform routine aircraft cleaning, cabin sanitation, and post‑flight inspections to meet arenaflex’s high cleanliness standards.

- Load and unload cargo, manage baggage carts, and handle heavy equipment up to 300 lb, adhering to safety protocols.

Essential Qualifications
