The Role: Enterprise Account Executive - US
We're on the hunt for a driven and results-oriented Enterprise Account Executive (Americas) to join our high-performing SaaS sales team. As a hunting AE, you'll be responsible for proactively identifying and qualifying new business opportunities within your assigned territory. You'll leverage your strong prospecting skills and deep understanding of the market to build relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts, uncover their pain points, and demonstrate how Sprinto can solve their unique compliance challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Prospect and qualify potential leads through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities to build a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand the unique requirements and challenges of prospective clients with respect to their GRC needs.
- Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and exceed sales quotas.
- Sales Cycle Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities by effectively managing the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales support, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our SaaS solutions.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of sale to maximize profitability while meeting the needs of the customer.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to identify new opportunities for growth.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.
- Industry Representation: Represent Sprinto with professionalism and integrity at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven Sales Experience: 5-8 years of sales experience in the SaaS industry, preferably as a Hunting Account Executive or a similar role.
- Territory Experience: Previous experience handling North America as a territory.
- Track Record of Success: A track record of over-achieving quota.
- Strong Communication Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-Motivation: Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator among other sales stack tools.
- Education: BA/BS degree or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Security Compliance: Experience in security compliance or a related field.
- Familiarity with GRC: Familiarity with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) frameworks and regulations.
