Job Summary
As an Entry Level Audit Associate, you'll play a critical role in our audit team, working on a variety of clients across different industries. You'll have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals, develop your skills, and build a fulfilling career. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Attending client engagement meetings to determine timelines and goals of an audit
- Researching business trends within an industry to professionally represent a company and apply this knowledge to the client's solutions
- Preparing accounting-related reports through a paperless environment
- Providing financial analysis upon completion of fieldwork to improve client internal controls and accounting procedures
- Attending technical training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Knowledge of and exposure to a variety of industries
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- A commitment to upholding the highest professional standards and maintaining strict client confidentiality
Preferred qualifications include:
- Experience working in an audit or accounting environment
- Familiarity with auditing software and technologies
- Relevant coursework or certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA)
