About the Role: Entry Level Account Manager
As an Entry Level Account Manager at Workwarp, you'll be the face of our brand, creating a welcoming and positive environment for every customer we interact with. Your primary responsibility will be assisting customers with their mobile service and product needs, and helping them discover new devices, plans, and overall services that enhance their experience. You'll be an integral part of our team, working closely with colleagues to achieve goals and exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build Brand Awareness and Loyalty: Engage with customers directly and professionally, promoting our brand and services.
- Guide Customers Through the Sales Process: Provide product knowledge, ensure satisfaction with purchases, and address customer concerns.

Qualifications and Skills:
