Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Language Proficiency: Native-level proficiency in written and spoken Spanish or other languages, as well as English.
- Cultural Competence: High degree of familiarity with diverse cultures and ability to work effectively with students, families, and community members from varied backgrounds.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
