Essential Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required, with a minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Reside in Florida, Tennessee, or Virginia, with a dedicated workspace that meets our system requirements

- Bilingual skills, with fluency in Spanish and English

Compensation and Benefits:

- Starting rate of $15.00 per hour, with automatic increases in pay every 6 months for 2 years

System Requirements:
To work as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will need to meet the following system requirements:
- Self-provided computer or laptop, running a Microsoft Operating System, not older than 3 years
- Headset compatible with blithequark specifications
- High-speed internet connection, with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
- Dedicated workspace that meets our system requirements, with a quiet and distraction-free environment
Training Schedule:
Our training program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed as a Customer Service Representative. The training schedule includes:
- Paid training period, with attendance and participation required
- Orientation and training, Monday through Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm ET, for six weeks
- Training schedule and working schedule post-training will differ, with a set schedule and structured day
