Key Responsibilities
- Building Relationships: Establish and nurture connections with Property Management Teams to introduce Neptune Fitness services to their residents, fostering a culture of trust and partnership.
- Maintaining Partnerships: Cultivate ongoing relationships with Property Management to ensure Neptune Fitness remains a valued community amenity, driving long-term growth and success.
- Community Marketing: Promote Neptune Fitness to potential communities, showcasing our benefits and unique value proposition to drive sales and expansion.
- Sales: Sell Personal Training sessions to residents eager to start their fitness programs, leveraging MS Teams or hybrid models to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Essential Qualifications
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen, with a keen understanding of sales strategies and market trends.
