Job Overview
As a chat operator at blithequark, you will be responsible for engaging in online conversations with customers, representing our automotive dealer clients favorably. Your primary goal will be to turn conversations into leads that help our clients generate revenue. This is a remote work opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in Idaho Falls, ID. Key Responsibilities
- Engage in online conversations with customers, providing timely and effective responses to their inquiries
- Represent blithequark's automotive dealer clients favorably, promoting their products and services to potential customers
- Turn conversations into leads, helping our clients generate revenue and grow their business
- Utilize your gaming experience to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to customer inquiries
- Work independently in a remote setting, managing your time effectively to meet performance goals and objectives
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- Must live within the state of Idaho, with a reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions
- Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
- Computer must have a minimum of 8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th Generation Intel Core (3 equivalent or higher)
- Able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT
- Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or above preferred
- Gaming experience is preferred, but not required
