About the Role

In this exciting and challenging role, you will be the first point of contact for our online Careseekers who are looking to find, interview, and eventually hire a caregiver on our blithequark Direct platform. You will be responsible for understanding the complete process from both the Careseeker (client) and caregiver points of view, including creating a Careseeker profile, matching caregivers with careseekers, and then helping both Careseekers and caregivers through the process from interviewing, scheduling, hiring, and payroll.

As a Customer Support Expert, you will be reporting directly to the CEO and will be an integral part of our team. Your success in this role will not only contribute to the growth and expansion of our online presence but also pave the way for your career advancement within the company.
