We are seeking an exceptional Customer Support Associate to join our team, working closely with our internal engineering and customer success teams to provide top-notch support to our customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling incoming customer questions and concerns, escalating issues to the engineering team, and educating our customer base on our platform. Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer questions and concerns via email and our support portal, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Interface with internal sales and customer success teams to ensure seamless support for pilots and existing customers, fostering strong relationships and driving customer success.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate and investigate bugs and product questions, providing detailed information and context to ensure prompt resolution.
- Utilize Notion and other tools to manage internal processes and information, maintaining accurate records and ensuring efficient knowledge sharing across the team.
