We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Business Government Customer Organization (BGCO) team as a Customer Service Coordinator. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with our business and government customers over the phone, answering their questions, and providing innovative solutions to help them achieve their organizational objectives. Your primary goal will be to deliver a superior customer experience, build long-term relationships, and contribute to revenue retention and growth.
This is a work-from-home role that offers flexibility and autonomy. You will be required to work from your home office, with occasional in-person meetings and training sessions. To be eligible for this position, you must be located within a 90-minute commute of the West Valley City, UT BGCO location and have a private workspace with a reliable internet connection (minimum 25mbps plan). Wireless connections, satellite, or DSL are not acceptable.
