In this critical role, you will be working from the comfort of your own home in Illinois, serving as the primary point of contact for our specialty patients who require assistance with prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage. As a key member of our Inbound Pharmacy Service team, you will be responsible for providing timely and empathetic support to our patients, ensuring that their needs are met with care and compassion.
