Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

Assisting AEP customers with service-related questions, billing inquiries, and resolving power outage issues.
Providing exceptional, friendly support over the phone, ensuring that every customer receives the help they need.
Collaborating with your teammates to ensure seamless customer service and resolving customer queries efficiently.

Education and Experience

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

At least 2 years of experience in customer service, with a stable work history and a passion for providing outstanding service.
Previous experience in positions such as using a computer full-time, Customer Service Representative (CSR), Call Center, Call Center Representative, or similar roles.
A high school diploma or GED and authorization to work in the United States.
Flexibility for occasional mandatory overtime, especially during outages, when our customers count on us.
