Job Summary
As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Arkose Labs, you'll play a critical role in owning strategic relationships with our top customers, driving adoption, retention, and growth by delivering technical guidance and business value. You'll serve as a trusted advisor, balancing deep technical understanding with strong executive presence, and lead discovery conversations to guide solution implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnerships: Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise customers, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Technical Discovery: Lead technical discovery and intake calls independently, understanding customer architectures, web applications, and cloud stacks.
- Implementation and Optimization: Guide customers through implementation, optimization, and best practices without needing constant engineering support.
- Executive Relationships: Manage executive relationships and influence stakeholders to adopt recommendations.
- Customer Goal Alignment: Ensure alignment with customer goals, drive adoption, and proactively mitigate churn risk.
- Expansion Opportunities: Identify and pursue expansion opportunities in collaboration with sales.
- Value Communication: Deliver insights and communicate value through reporting, consultation, and thought leadership.
- Industry Knowledge: Leverage industry knowledge to tailor guidance to customer needs.
What You Bring
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Experience: 8+ years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Solution Consulting, or related technical client-facing roles.
- Technical Understanding: Strong understanding of web applications, cloud infrastructure, and modern development stacks (HTML, JavaScript, APIs).
- Communication Skills: Ability to confidently lead technical conversations and troubleshoot issues.
- Executive Presence: Executive presence with excellent communication, relationship management, and consultative skills.
- Background: Background in SaaS, cybersecurity, or financial services is a strong plus.
