Key Responsibilities
- Answer any and all interactions during scheduled shifts in a friendly and relatable manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Act as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with the brand and drive business growth
- Demonstrate empathy towards customers' needs while understanding the business bottom line, ensuring a balance between customer satisfaction and business objectives
- Collect and share feedback with external teams to ensure the needs of customers are being met, driving continuous improvement and innovation
- Perform a minimum of 70 interactions per shift, meeting or exceeding established daily interaction numbers and contributing to the team's overall performance

- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Access to a consistently stable internet connection, ensuring seamless communication with customers and team members

- Willingness to take on additional projects and support external team members to support business and customer needs, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
