We are seeking an experienced and compassionate 988 Chat/Text Crisis Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. As a remote position, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, while still being part of a dynamic and supportive team. The shift available for this role is Friday to Monday from 2:00 AM to 10:30 AM, with Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday off. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is passionate about mental health crisis and suicide prevention, and is looking for a challenging and rewarding role.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field, or be a Certified Peer Recovery Specialist. You will also need to have six months to one year of related crisis experience, although this is preferred rather than required. In addition to these qualifications, you will need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to demonstrate high-level customer service skills and professional etiquette.

We offer a competitive salary range of $15.75 to $22.00 per hour, depending on experience.
