Essential Qualifications

- Proficiency in basic computer software and technology, including CRM systems and telephony platforms
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or customer service
- 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
- Experience working with diverse customer groups and populations
