Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer care and support via phone, email, or chat, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage and maintain a clean and well-stocked "department" (virtual or otherwise), ensuring that all necessary supplies are available and easily accessible.
- Order supplies as needed, maintaining accurate inventory levels and minimizing stockouts or overstocking.
- Meet framing deadlines and quality standards, creating custom frames for artwork, embroidery, and cross-stitch pieces that meet customer expectations.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services, staying up-to-date on new releases, promotions, and company initiatives.
- Utilize basic computer skills to manage customer interactions, track orders, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., fine arts, business, or communications).
- Experience with custom framing, picture framing, or a related field.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide friendly, helpful, and professional support to customers.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications as needed.
- Reliability, trustworthiness, and a strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Ability to provide past work references upon request.
