Key Responsibilities: Inspiring Students and Delivering Exceptional Dance Instruction
- Conduct private and group dance classes, tailoring your instruction to meet the needs and goals of each student
- Help students achieve their personal dance goals, whether it's preparing for a special event or pursuing a lifelong journey of dance growth
- Develop and maintain a high level of physical fitness and endurance to perform this role successfully
- Provide outstanding customer service, building strong relationships with students and ensuring their satisfaction with our studio
- Collaborate with other instructors and studio staff to create a cohesive and supportive team environment
- Participate in studio events, performances, and competitions, showcasing your skills and helping to promote our studio
- Stay up-to-date with the latest dance techniques and trends, continually improving your skills and knowledge
