**The Digital Chat Representative Role**
As a Digital Chat Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex's customer service team, providing premium support to our customers through various digital channels, including phone, chat, email, and social media. You'll be responsible for assisting customers with order tracking, processing returns and refunds, answering warranty questions, and providing product information. Your goal will be to build strong relationships with our customers through effective communication, empathy, and a deep understanding of our products.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Support customers via phone, chat, email, and social media correspondence, providing timely and accurate responses to their inquiries.
* Assist with order tracking, processing returns and refunds, and answering warranty questions, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.
* Provide product information and assist with website navigation, helping customers find the perfect footwear solution for their needs.
* Build relationships with customers through effective communication, empathy, and a deep understanding of our products.
* Collaborate with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional service.
**Requirements**
* Digital chat experience handling multiple chats simultaneously or pass a typing test with 55 WPM.
* Reliable internet with 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed, with the ability to hardwire.
* Ability to provide 1-2 previous managerial, supervisor, or team lead professional references.
**Nice-to-Haves**
* Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in the footwear or retail industry.
* Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services.
* Strong knowledge of digital communication channels, including social media and email marketing.
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
