The Role & Responsibilities
As an E-Commerce Customer Service Specialist at blithequark, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer relations across our high-volume omnichannel platforms. Your primary objective will be to provide personalized customer service experiences, troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, and develop strong relationships with our valued clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with our existing customer service team to maintain excellent customer relations and provide seamless support across all platforms
- Engaging in personable conversations with diverse clientele, leaving them with a lasting impression of our brand's commitment to excellence
- Efficiently resolving customer issues related to orders, exchanges, returns, and other queries with poise and professionalism
- Developing a deep understanding of our product line and company voice to create up-selling and cross-selling opportunities that drive business growth
- Identifying and nurturing relationships with VIP customers through personalized service and individual outreach, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated
- Creating on-brand packages and content as needed to enhance the customer experience and promote our brand's unique voice
- Maintaining accurate reporting, tracking, and systems to ensure seamless operations and inform business decisions

Who You Are

- A working knowledge of Microsoft OS, Shopify, Full Circle (or other ERP systems), and all social media platforms
- Relevant experience in fashion or e-commerce, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- A creative and innovative approach to problem-solving, with a keen eye for detail and a willingness to think outside the box
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize workloads, manage multiple tasks, and work independently under pressure
- A high level of integrity, with a strong moral compass that guides your actions and decisions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and find solutions to complex problems
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience in omnichannel customer service, preferably in a luxury or like-minded environment
