About the Role

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Full-time Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing expert support, and driving business growth. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers by answering inquiries about our services, providing submission processing information, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless customer satisfaction.

Location and Work Hours

This is a remote opportunity, with the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. We currently operate in the following states: AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, MA, MI, MO, NC, NH, NJ, NM, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, TX, WA, WI. Please note that you must have a dedicated working space without distractions and stable internet connectivity with a minimum of 50 Mbps of bandwidth.

Our Customer Service Center operates from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Eastern Time), from Monday to Saturday. We are currently recruiting for the work shift from 11:15 AM to 8:00 PM (Eastern Time). Please do not apply for this role if you cannot work these hours.
