- Develop and prepare all applicable reporting and support materials for Executive and Compensation Committee approval
- Assist in the annual preparation of the Chewy Proxy, ensuring compliance and accuracy
- Design and communicate compensation education materials on philosophy, strategy, and applicable programs to stakeholders
- Manage executive-level salary survey processes and evaluate market data for executive positions, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership
- Advise senior leadership on executive compensation trends and best practices, ensuring our programs remain competitive and effective
