You'll provide expert technical support, create reference materials, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive feature development and process improvements. If you're a problem-solver, a communicator, and a team player, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Essential Functions/Responsibilities** * Provide technical support to content/external teams in regard to use of content tools, ensuring timely resolution of issues and exceptional user experiences. * Create reference materials and provide training to get external teams up to speed with the toolset, promoting self-sufficiency and efficiency. * Solve and debug possible issues with tools and workflows, collaborating with the tools development team to resolve complex problems and improve overall quality. * Escalate more complex or problematic issues to the tool development team, working closely with production to track issues in JIRA and ensure timely resolution. * Advocate for tools, workflow improvements, and suggestions from external teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. * Partner with other engineers to develop tools and processes that improve efficiency and quality, driving continuous improvement and excellence. * Guide or lead cross-disciplinary dialogs to drive features from initial concept to completion, ensuring alignment and buy-in across teams. * Exemplify reliability, accountability, and professionalism in all work-related interactions, setting a high standard for yourself and your team. **Skills and Abilities** * Ability to read and understand C# code, with a strong foundation in software development principles and practices. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience working with external partners and stakeholders. * Positive attitude and ability to receive and provide objective and constructive feedback, promoting a culture of growth and improvement. * Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage numerous requests simultaneously, ensuring timely resolution and exceptional user experiences. * Self-motivating and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for your work and its impact on the team and organization. **Education and Experience** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience in software development, technical support, or a related field. * Experience supporting a live service or tool environment, with a strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technical support principles. * Unity 3D game and tool development experience, with a strong foundation in game development principles and practices. * Experience with Jira, Confluence, or other defect-tracking software, with a strong understanding of agile development methodologies and project management principles. * iOS and Android mobile development experience, with a strong foundation in mobile app development principles and practices. * 5 years of experience in delivering production-level code in a professional environment, with a strong track record of technical excellence and collaboration. **Position Type/Expected Hours of Work** Our core hours are 10:00 am to 6:00 pm CST, which means you should be available for meetings and collaborations during this time.
