Our co-founders, with their background in personal training, have curated a range of programs designed to enhance flexibility, mobility, and overall well-being. We pride ourselves on having a team of expertly trained Flexologists who undergo rigorous training to ensure that every client receives a world-class stretching experience. Our mission is to provide a welcoming, supportive environment where individuals can achieve their health and wellness goals, and we're looking for like-minded professionals to join our journey.
To succeed in this role, you should possess a genuine passion for boutique fitness, stretching, mobility, and flexibility. A degree, license, or certification in a related field (such as massage therapy, personal training, physical therapy, Pilates, yoga, or exercise science) is highly preferred, along with experience in a fitness or health environment where you've provided hands-on training to clients. You must be able to create a positive, welcoming atmosphere for clients, possess strong communication skills, and have a natural ability to connect with people and help them achieve their goals. Being team-oriented, coachable, and having a strong desire for growth and professional development are also essential qualities we look for in our candidates.
A background in any of these areas will provide a solid foundation for success in our Flexologist role. However, we're open to considering candidates from various fitness and health disciplines who demonstrate a passion for assisted stretching and client care.
