Job Summary: Flexologist - Personal Trainer

As a Flexologist - Personal Trainer at StretchLab, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and leading guided group stretching classes. You'll work closely with clients to understand their needs, motivate them to achieve their goals, and provide a safe and welcoming environment that fosters growth and progress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and group stretch classes for up to 6 clients, ensuring a best-in-class experience
• Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions, promoting a positive and supportive atmosphere
• Build and retain StretchLab membership through sales, outreach to leads, and exceptional client care
• Manage client care by updating client notes consistently, booking weekly recurring appointments, and ensuring proper stretch techniques
• Enforce StretchLab policies and safety rules to ensure client safety and well-being
• Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations to stay up-to-date on industry developments and company initiatives
• Assist Sales Associates and General Manager with studio tours and sales as needed
• Maintain a strong social media presence to promote client membership and retention
• Clean and maintain all equipment to ensure it's available for client use at all times

Essential Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, Physical Therapist, or Pilates or Yoga Instructor
• Fitness certification (e.g., personal training, yoga, Pilates)
• Ability to create a positive and welcoming environment for clients from diverse backgrounds
• Excellent communication skills, with empathy and a passion for helping clients achieve their goals
• Professional work ethic, reliability, and adherence to attendance policies
• Availability to complete our 3-day Flexologist Training Program, including 20 hours of online tutorials and 3 days of in-person/hands-on training

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a boutique fitness environment
• Knowledge of stretching, mobility, and flexibility techniques
• Strong sales and outreach skills to build and retain client membership
