What to Expect
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting Inbound and Outbound Calls: Engage with members through inbound and outbound calls for health and wellness incentive programs
- Summarizing Calls: Accurately summarize calls by taking detailed notes to ensure effective follow-up and issue resolution
- Addressing Member Questions: Respond to member inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, providing prompt resolutions
- Registering Members for Wellness Programs: Register members for wellness programs and conduct health assessments to promote healthy behaviors
- Managing Software Interfaces: Manage multiple software interfaces for various wellness programs to ensure seamless program delivery
What We Look For
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Customer Service Experience: At least one year of customer service experience in a call center environment
- Performance-Driven: A performance-driven mindset with the ability to meet benchmark goals and targets
- High-Volume Call Handling: Comfortability with handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
- Typing Skills: The ability to type at least 65 WPM to ensure efficient data entry and call handling
- Bilingual: Bilingual in English/Spanish, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
