**Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Licensed P&C Agent, your responsibilities will include:
* Delivering quality service and insurance recommendations to current and prospective customers
* Working diligently to find resolution to customer concerns and escalating to the appropriate level when necessary
* Conveying information efficiently, effectively, and appropriately to meet the needs of the customer
* Striving for first call resolution to provide "best in class" service
* Staying current and knowledgeable of all procedures to ensure department standards and guidelines are met
* Meeting department standards and guidelines, including Schedule Adherence, Quality Assurance, First Contact Resolution, Average Talk Time, Average Handle Time, and Average Speed of Answer
**Qualifications and Skill Sets**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A strong background in insurance and a valid Property/Casualty Insurance License
* A high school diploma or equivalent, with some college education a plus
* 1 or more years of insurance sales/service experience, with customer service experience required
* Demonstrated job stability and attendance records
* Remote working experience a plus
* Solid computer, grammar, and multi-tasking skills
* US Work Authorization required, with arenaflex not providing visa sponsorship for this position
