About the Role
As a Medicaid Customer Service Representative with Blithequark, you'll play a vital role in addressing customer concerns, providing support, and resolving issues for our clients. This is a full-time remote opportunity, offering a competitive hourly rate of $16 and a comprehensive benefits package. Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with issues and concerns related to Medicaid services, providing timely and effective support.
- Document call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, ensuring accurate records and data analysis.
- Maintain and update customer information as necessary, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Upsell current customers on new or enhanced Medicaid services, promoting our clients' offerings and driving revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall service delivery.
- Adhere to quality and performance standards, striving for excellence in every interaction.
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Customer service experience is highly desirable, particularly in a healthcare or Medicaid-related environment.
- Strong computer navigational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Exceptional listening and comprehension skills, with a focus on understanding customer needs and concerns.
- Professional and courteous demeanor, with a customer-centric approach.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment.
- Familiarity with Medicaid services and regulations.

- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools.
Work Environment
As a remote employee with Blithequark, you'll work from a private residence in Nevada, utilizing a phone and computer system provided by the company. You'll need to:
- Provide a reliable internet connection (DSL or Cable only; no satellite, dial-up, or wireless connections).
- Ensure your workstation meets the minimum technical requirements, including a webcam and internet speeds of 10 Mbps (download) and 3 Mbps (upload).
- Maintain a dedicated workspace that is quiet, private, and free from distractions.
Physical Demands
This role involves constant sedentary work, with minimal physical activity required.
