Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to shareholders, responding to inbound, outbound, and email inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Address contested proxy meetings, providing accurate information and guidance to shareholders, and directing them to the correct voting resources.
- Communicate key messages to shareholders, emphasizing the importance of accurate information and the company's commitment to their best interests.
- Engage with shareholders, responding to their concerns, and providing solutions to their issues.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives, participating in chat discussions and completing tasks as assigned.
- Maintain accurate records and perform data entry tasks as required.
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 6 months or more of customer service, data entry, or related experience.
- Good speaking voice and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to read and correct grammar, with strong English language skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment.
- Familiarity with shareholder communications and proxy management.
- Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment.
Equipment Requirements:
- MacBook (current operating system) or Windows (10 or 11) – no Lenovo, Chrome, etc.
- USB headsets (no wireless).
- Dual monitors are beneficial but not required.
- Internet speed: 50 download/10 upload.
- Ability to come off mute when called on, with materials open and participation in chat discussions.
