Job Summary
We're seeking a fully remote Live Chat specialist to handle live chats from customers and provide timely, effective support. As a Live Chat specialist, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to live chats from customers in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and detailed information about our products and services
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
- Utilize our CRM system to track customer interactions and update customer records
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in a live chat or chat support environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and live chat platforms
- Availability to work 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 9am-6pm EST (or equivalent time zone)
Preferred Qualifications:
We also welcome candidates with the following skills and experience:
- Experience in the shipping or logistics industry
- Knowledge of shipping containers and related products
- Multilingual skills (ability to communicate in multiple languages)
- Previous experience with commission-based sales or customer support
What We Offer
At blithequark, we're committed to providing our team members with a comprehensive compensation package and a supportive work environment. Here are some of the benefits you can expect:
- Competitive base salary of $500 per month
- 5% commission on container sales (approximately $20-$30 per container)
- Bi-monthly pay via Wise or Payoneer
- Paid training and ongoing support
- Paid sick days, paid days off, and holidays (including Christmas, Christmas Eve, Thanksgiving, 4th of July, New Year's Day, and New Year's Eve)
- Contract provided for eligible team members
