**Key Responsibilities**
* Learn and apply the basics of the arenaflex Private Evaluating System to become an informed expert in client service
* Analyze client assistance data to identify subjects and friction points in the client experience and patterns in the business
* Respond to inquiries from internal and external clients in accordance with team SOPs, quality metrics, and SLAs
* Conduct business reviews to provide insights and metrics to key stakeholders
* Develop and implement short-term client solutions while contributing to long-term practical solutions at scale
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiencies through automation, effective estimation, assessment, and communication for improved operational performance
**Essential Capabilities**
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
* 4+ years of direct client support experience, identifying and detailing patterns to drive quantifiable outcomes for a complex sales/support organization
**Preferred Capabilities**
* Exceptional interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to update senior management on needs, status, data patterns, and provide tooling and training recommendations
* Strong presentation skills and the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to cross-functional audiences
* Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and the arenaflex offering
* Skilled at marrying data with accounts to determine significant insights
* Rapidly acquires complex ideas independently
