Key Responsibilities
- Respond to Customer Inquiries: Engage with customers on social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and others, providing accurate, timely, and empathetic support to resolve issues and answer questions about blithequark products and services.
- Monitor Social Media Channels: Keep an eye on social media trends, customer feedback, and emerging issues, ensuring that you are always informed and up-to-date.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues, providing a seamless and efficient experience for our customers.
