**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Social Media Customer Support Specialist to join our Digital Marketing and Customer Relationship Management team. As a key member of this team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional social media customer support to our clients, working closely with our Mission Supervisors to develop and implement email marketing campaigns, and utilizing your technical skills to create engaging content and reports.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide top-notch social media customer support to our clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborate with our Mission Supervisors to develop and implement email marketing campaigns, including planning, coordination, and execution
* Utilize Adobe Dreamweaver and Photoshop to create engaging email marketing content and reports
* Work with cross-functional teams to gather and prepare resources for campaign execution
* Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to inform future marketing strategies
* Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure our clients receive the best possible support
**Required Capabilities and Abilities**
* Excellent enthusiasm, energy, and a willingness to learn and grow in the digital marketing industry
* Moderate to advanced knowledge of HTML
* Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and paid search
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
* Ability to work independently and be a self-starter, with a strong sense of initiative and motivation
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
**Preferred Capabilities**
* Foundation in digital marketing, with experience in project management and campaign execution
* Experience with social media management tools, such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social
* Experience with email marketing platforms, such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact
* Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics or Excel
* Experience with other Adobe Creative Suite tools, such as Adobe XD or Adobe Illustrator
**Education**
* Currently enrolled or graduated within the past six months from a Bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field
* Qualification requirements and program details:
+ Be enrolled in a licensed school/college taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) before participation in the internship program OR have graduated from a school/college in at least six months at the time of application posting
+ Be at least 18 years old
+ Have unlimited work authorization
+ Have not completed one year of continuous work on a Disney internship or Disney School Program
