Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop data models, dashboards, and tools to analyze and drive business decisions across the organization
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions to address them
- Build and maintain complex data sets, reports, and visualizations to support business operations and strategy
- Develop and implement data quality control processes to ensure accuracy and integrity of data
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate data insights into business decisions and operations
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analysis and media
- Contribute to the development of business requirements and technical specifications for new products and features
- Participate in data governance and data management initiatives to ensure data security and compliance
Essential Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Systems, Programming, Hardware Engineering, or a related field
- Experience working with data and data control software such as R, SQL, Python, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Looker
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and drive business insights
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) industry, specifically in product management or consulting
- Knowledge of online video ecosystems, advertising, or media technology landscapes
- Experience working with cloud-based data platforms and tools
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and data-driven decision-making

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position in California is $77,300 to $103,600 per year, and in New York is $81,000 to $108,500 per year, based on a 40-hour workweek. The actual salary offered will consider internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic location, work-related experience, skills, and other factors. In addition to salary, you may be eligible for:
