We are seeking an exceptional Senior Director, Global Head, Adversarial Abuse/Analytics to lead our Trust and Safety team's Adversarial Abuse and Analytics group at YouTube. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of adversarial abuse, including account takeovers, ended users, engagement abuse, spam, and more. You will also oversee the Business Analytics team, generating insights, measuring misuse, and distributing Transparency Reports for countries worldwide.
