About the Role: 3rd Shift Customer Solutions Specialist

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a 3rd Shift Customer Solutions Specialist. As a CSS, you'll be responsible for taking inbound calls from members in need of roadside assistance, arranging the needed service by selecting and dispatching a service provider, and providing customer care and follow-up. Our revolutionary technology takes the guesswork out of the job, providing you with all the tools you need to be successful.
