About Our Home Care Services
Our home care services are designed to provide personalized support to individuals with various needs, allowing them to maintain their independence and quality of life. Our team of healthcare professionals, including Registered Nurses (RNs), work closely with clients to develop customized care plans that cater to their unique requirements. We're committed to delivering exceptional care that exceeds our clients' expectations, and we're looking for dedicated CNAs/CHHAs to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide companionship and engage in conversations with clients to alleviate loneliness and isolation
- Assist clients with activities, mobility, and transfers, ensuring their safety and well-being
- Support clients with personal hygiene tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Perform other duties as assigned by RN supervisors or other healthcare professionals
Requirements and Qualifications:
Essential Qualifications:
- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) in the state of Oklahoma
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle with insurance
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of caregiving experience or experience as a CNA, HHA, PCA, or DSP
- Previous experience working in home care or a related field
