Job Summary
As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data from various sources to support risk management and compliance initiatives. You will work closely with stakeholders to design dashboards, reports, and visualizations that inform business decisions. Your expertise in analytics tools and techniques will help drive business outcomes and improve our risk management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and process data from disparate information systems across our US and global businesses
- Design and develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support risk management and compliance initiatives
- Apply analytics strategies and tools to increase defensible and regular methodologies for assessing risk
- Draw insights and correlations from data and communicate effects to compliance professionals, attorneys, and business leaders
- Provide input on new and emerging risk areas using data-driven analysis
- Solicit feedback and contribute to the continuous development of our ERM and risk evaluation processes
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Deep SQL knowledge and expertise in tools like Power BI, Tableau, Tableau Prep, BigQuery, PowerApps, and Dataiku
- Experience working on legal, compliance, ERM, or risk evaluation matters
- Adept at generating impactful visualizations and using data to 'inform a story'
- Proficiency in coding using R or Python
- Robust verbal and written communications skills
- A growth mindset and enthusiasm for learning new things
Preferred Qualifications:
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
- Familiarity with data analytics tools and techniques
- Knowledge of risk management and compliance principles
