Job Summary
As a Retail Fragrances Sales Associate - Maison Margiela at Macy's Aventura store, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, demonstrating and selling fragrances and related beauty items to our customers. You will be a product educator and beauty enthusiast, specializing in making our customers feel beautiful and confident. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Acknowledging customers in a friendly and helpful manner
- Determining customer needs based on their preferences
- Explaining and demonstrating the use of fragrances through actual application
- Ensuring proper presentation, organization, storing, and replenishment of stock
- Using our clientele program to build relationships with customers, meet sales goals, and share promotions and product launches
- Ensuring customers are aware of our full-line of beauty products and services and making appropriate partnerships with colleagues in the Beauty area when necessary
- Participating in pre-selling and sales-driving events to maximize sales
- Merchandising new receipts, processing damages, testers, and select merchandise to return to vendors
- Using point of sale technology and applications, including handheld equipment, to assist in selling and fulfilling customer orders
- Adhering to hygiene standards and asset protection control and compliance procedures

Essential Physical Requirements

- Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs.
