Job Description:
As a Digital Content Data Analyst at Workwarp, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by leveraging data insights to inform product development, marketing strategies, and customer experiences. You will serve as the primary product data category lead for the Digital Content team, responsible for keeping team projects on-task and within expectations of project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Subject Matter Expert: Become the go-to expert for assigned product categories online, staying up-to-date on best practices, industry standards, and legal requirements.
- Category Product Data Projects: Lead and manage category product data projects, including SKU collection and maintenance, product cross-merchandising online, and product presentation.
- Performance Measurement and Optimization: Measure the effectiveness of programs against metric targets and develop strategies for ongoing enhancement and optimization.
- Project Prioritization and Coordination: Prioritize projects and tasks to ensure deliverables and goals are met or exceeded, coordinating with integrated teams from external agencies or functional organizations.
- Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve ongoing operational needs, such as store SKU alignment and online product availability.
- Documentation and Training: Author clear, concise end-user and training materials for processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field, 2+ years of experience in data analysis, e-commerce, or a related field.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in data analysis, e-commerce, data management, process analysis, and improvement, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access.
- Leadership Experience: None required, but a positive, upbeat, and professional attitude is essential.
